Where your data is stored
A written summary of how personal data that leaves Singapore is protected to a standard comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who handles your data
When you send us an enquiry, two companies outside Singapore are involved. Neither of them decides anything about your data. They hold it and move it on our instructions.

Google (Google Workspace)
Your enquiry is stored in Google Workspace. This is where your name, mobile number, email address and anything you told us about your child actually live.

Cloudflare
This website is served by Cloudflare, which also runs the verification step on the enquiry form that keeps automated spam out.
Which countries it may travel to
Google may process data in any country where it operates facilities. We do not reproduce that list here, because Google adds to it on its own schedule and a list copied onto this page would quietly go out of date. The current, authoritative list is published by Google:
- Google data centre locations — every country where Google operates a data centre.
- Google Workspace sub-processors — the third parties Google engages, and the countries each of them processes data in.
How it is protected
The protection does not come from a promise on this page. It comes from contract and from independent certification:
- Google processes the data under the Cloud Data Processing Addendum, which covers Google Workspace. Google also holds ISO/IEC certifications and is subject to independent third-party audits.
- Cloudflare is certified under the Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules (Global CBPR) and the related Global Privacy Recognition for Processors. Singapore is one of the member governments behind that scheme.
The short version
Your enquiry is held by two large companies that are contractually bound to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA, and that are audited by people who do not work for them. It is not sold, and it is not used for anything other than answering you.
